OK, so it has been awhile since the last blog (yet again...sorry about that!). Early Friday morning (Day 1)Tori, Jasmine and I flew out of SeaTac...on our way to the largest photography conference in the US. Over 10,000 photographers attend! We got into El Paso late that morning, hopped in our rental car and hit the road to San Antonio! It is definitely a different world down here but we are loving it. After arriving very late the girls and I took advantage of the indoor hot tub and pool right across the hall from our room. Felt great after our 12 hour drive, not to mention the flight earlier in the day. Saturday (Day 2) we woke up to grey skies and rain. Unfortunately just about everything there is to do in San Antonio is outdoors. So we braved the open road again and headed north to Austin, TX to visit my cousin that recently moved there. In an attempt to stay dry, warm and entertained we headed to the capital building for a tour and of course....pictures. :-) Sunday (Day 3) was the first official day of the conference. There is so much to learn and it is so exciting to be amongst so many other photographers who share the same passion that we do!
Below is a quick snapshot looking out over the trade show.
